L2 Fallout: Server-Wide Rules

While the following guidelines cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently L2 Fallout staff hereby reserves the right to take any action(s) deemed appropriate by L2 Fallout staff in order to ensure that the L2 Fallout gaming environment is not disrupted, damaged or abused in any way.

By registering an account on the L2 Fallout game and using said account to post and participate in forum activities, you hereby agree that you have read, understood and agreed to follow all of the following terms and conditions.

01. While playing L2 Fallout, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players.

02. You may not post or communicate any player's real world information (name, address, account name, etc.) through the L2 Fallout game or on the official L2 Fallout website or forums.

03. You may not post or link to any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive imagery or content.

04. You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to any Lineage II account or rights to any in-game goods/items.

05. When communicating in L2 Fallout using any form of Global Chat (server wide chat), you may not spam, flood, or make duplicate posts.

06. You may not impersonate any L2 Fallout member of staff.

07. You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations in the process of playing/participating in L2 Fallout.

08. You may not market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the L2 Fallout game or on the official L2 Fallout website or forums.

09. You will follow the instructions of authorized personnel while in L2 Fallout or on the official website or forum.

10. You may not organize nor be a member of any pledges or groups within L2 Fallout that are based on or espouse any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate-mongering philosophies.

11. You may not provide false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for your L2 Fallout account.

12. You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running L2 Fallout.

13. You will not exploit any bug in L2 Fallout and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits) either directly or through public posting, to any other user of L2 Fallout. Bugs should be promptly reported via the official L2 Fallout forum.

14. You may not bot or use any hacks, severely modified clients or any third party programs in conjunction with the L2 Fallout environment.

15. You will not set up private shops around any NPCs, doors and/or gateways.

16. You will not bad buff players in towns or other peace zones. (AKA grief buffing)
