jail time for what?

hi im new on this server and i have a char. Sea who is a destroyer lvl 44 for now

ive try to exchange my pet from a wolf in to a buffalo in dion..
i went to pet manager in dion and take the quest but ... illegal action performed , what illegal action ive done ? and they kick my ass in to jail for 30 min. for what...
is the exchange of a pet an illegal action or is a server bug ?

pls explain to me



ive had read the rules for the second time and it says nothing .. just not to exploit bugs ... but if u dont know about it how can u exploit it...
